This innovative learning experience combines trusted DiSC® insights with focused, one-hour training
sessions, and on-demand action planning to support managers as they address critical issues that 
 impact team performance.

The Worksmart Learning Experience

The learning experience includes five targeted learning modules facilitated by a Practitioner, in about an hour each, that provide action plans managers can apply immediately with their teams.

1.Introduction to the model

Introduce and connect the DiSC model to the module topic.

2. You in the Model

Personalized insights on each manager's strengths based on the DiSC model.

3. Apply the model

Managers gain actionable insights on how to solve challenging interpersonal problems using the DiSC model for improved performance.

4. Action Planning

Managers can create action plans that they can apply to actual situations on their teams, for in-the-moment support as they navigate common workplace challenges. Action plans can be revisited any time to apply the DiSC model to people and situations as they arise.

Everything DiSC®Worksmart Learning Modules

With Worksmart, managers receive direct access to five targeted modules within their Catalyst™ profile:

Module 1: Giving Constructive Feedback

Managers learn to give strong, actionable, and encouraging feedback, adapting their approach based on their DiSC style and their teammates’ style.

Module 2: Managing Conflict

Managers identify their behavioral instincts and understand others' unique DiSC styles. By
discussing and reflecting, they create a custom action plan to effectively address conflict.

Module 3: Empowering Your Team

Managers empower team members to lead confidently and effectively by tailoring their
approach to different DiSC styles. They create custom empowerment plans using Catalyst™.

Module 4: Helping Your Team Navigate Change

Managers gain the skills they need to confidently lead their teams through change by applying DiSC insights. It helps improve communication, maintain trust, and turn uncertainty into progress.

Module 5: Motivating Your Team

Managers identify motivators and demotivators for themselves and their team based on DiSC style. They create action plans to foster an inspiring and exciting work environment.
