Using the Everything DiSC® Workplace psychometric assessment, our interactive workshops help participants build self-awareness, understand others and adapt their communication styles. Through practical exercises and real workplace scenarios, teams develop the skills to communicate more effectively, strengthen relationships and improve collaboration.

Workshop Format
Duration: Half-day or full-day, depending on organisational needs.
Includes: Everything DiSC® Workplace psychometric assessment, personalised profile, expert facilitation and ongoing access to the Catalyst platform.
We tailor every workshop to the organisation, its people and objectives. We work closely with you to understand your challenges and design learning experiences that are practical, relevant and immediately applicable. The workshop can be delivered as a standalone session or incorporated into a wider team, management or organisational development programme.
The Workshop at a Glance
1.Complete Your Everything DiSC® Assessment
Before the workshop, participants complete the research-validated Everything DiSC® Workplace psychometric assessment. This provides personalised insights into their behavioural styles, communication preferences and workplace priorities, forming the foundation for the workshop.
2. Discover Your DiSC Style
Participants receive a personalised DiSC profile that helps them understand their behavioural style, workplace priorities and communication preferences. These insights build self-awareness and help participants recognise and appreciate others' differences, laying the foundation for stronger working relationships.
3. Bring the learning to life
Through interactive discussions and practical exercises, participants bring their DiSC insights to life. Everything DiSC provides a safe, common language for exploring behavioural differences, encouraging open conversations, greater understanding and stronger collaboration. Each workshop is tailored to the team's needs, with a focus on applying learning to real workplace situations.
4. Beyond the Workshop: Learning That Lasts
Learning doesn't stop when the workshop ends. Participants get unlimited access to Everything DiSC on Catalyst™, an interactive learning platform that offers personalised insights and practical strategies to support ongoing development, strengthen collaboration, and encourage lasting behavioural and cultural change.
Workshop Learning Modules
While every workshop is designed around your organisation's specific needs, the following provides an example of the topics and activities that can be explored during a session.
Module 1: Your DiSC® Style
Participants learn about the DiSC® model and map, helping them understand their unique DiSC® style and gain personalised insights.
Module 2: Your Colleagues
Participants learn more about one another on the Catalyst platform “Your Colleagues” page. They discuss their continua results and find new ways to work together.
Module 3: What Drives You
Participants discover their workplace priorities, motivators, and stressors, helping them see how they compare to other styles and consider ways to be more effective at work.
Module 4: You and Other Styles
Using the DiSC® model to better understand the people they work with, participants consider how they respond to the different DiSC® styles.
Module 5: Build Better Relationships
Participants create strategies and action plans to overcome challenges when working with people of different DiSC® styles.
