Everything DiSC® Agile EQ™ teaches participants to read the emotional and interpersonal needs of a situation and respond accordingly.

By combining the personalised insights of DiSC with active emotional intelligence development, participants discover
an agile approach to workplace interactions, empowering them to meet the demands of any situation.

The Agile EQ Learning Experience

1.Take the Assessement

Built using the latest adaptive testing methodology, the research-validated Everything DiSC Agile EQ assessment asks participants to respond to behavioural and mindset statements on a 5-point Likert scale.

2. Discover their Agile EQ Style

Learners receive their Agile EQ results through their personalised, narrative-style profile. Through the lens of their unique DiSC style, participants will discover the instinctive mindsets that shape their responses and interactions and recognise opportunities to stretch beyond what comes naturally to them to become more agile in their social and emotional responses.

Learners gain ongoing access to Catalyst, a personalised learning platform that connects learners to their DiSC profile and to their colleagues to gain real-time tips for more effective interactions.
