When we use the The Five Behaviours model, we have one mission: to help people build truly cohesive and effective teams that deliver results. Based on Patrick Lencioni’s best-selling story on leadership The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, this program focuses on putting The Five Behaviours model into practice.

Through a virtual or in-person experience, team members better understand how they and others contribute to their team’s development, and how their part of the whole can make or break the team and its dynamic.

It Starts with the Assessment

The online assessment evaluates how each team member approaches the five key behaviours of Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results and their own workplace behavioural style. It combines computer-adaptive testing and sophisticated algorithms to deliver precise, personalised insights.

Insights Delivered in 2 Personalised Profiles

After taking the assessment, participants receive a personalised profile that deepens their understanding of self, work style, and others on their team. A group profile on the Five Behaviours is also produced using the team’s collective results.

The profile includes context-specific feedback, tips and strategies for improving teamwork effectiveness and a personalised, guided action plans which will be facilitated by our experienced trainers.

Our accredited facilitators will take your team through a customised training experience inspired by each learner’s personalised profile and the group profile with impactful activities on each behaviour and powerful open discussions. 

Designed for small to medium sized teams for resolving dysfunction, building cohesion and development of leadership teams.

The Five Behaviours Progress Report is available and recommended for 6 months upon completion of the programme. This report is designed to give your team insight into the progress they have made since they last took the initial assessment.
