EPIC stands for Electronic Profile Information Centre. It is the secure online platform used to deliver Everything DiSC and The Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team assessments.

An EPIC account allows organisations to administer assessments directly, giving visibility and control over the full assessment process. It also provides access to the Catalyst administration experience for Everything DiSC.

Setting up an EPIC admin account could not be more straightforward, and we are here to support you throughout the process. To get started, simply complete the EPIC setup form below with your organisation details. Once the form has been submitted, Performance Partners will set up your EPIC admin account and share your login details.

There is a one time setup fee of €425 to create an EPIC admin account. There are no ongoing fees to maintain the account.

Assessment activity within EPIC is managed using EPIC credits. Credits are the currency used to issue assessments and generate reports within your EPIC account. One EPIC credit costs €5.72*. Each assessment or report requires a specific number of EPIC credits. For example, issuing one Everything DiSC Workplace assessment requires 15 EPIC credits. A full list of credits required for each report can be found in your EPIC account.

EPIC credits can only be purchased through Performance Partners as Wiley’s Authorised Partner.

To order credits, please email info@performancepartners.ie confirming the number of credits required and your purchase order number. Credits are typically added to your EPIC account within one working day of receiving your order. EPIC credits are sold in quantities and do not expire. Once purchased, they remain available in your account until you choose to use them.

These include step by step guides and short video tutorials available in the EPIC help section. Performance Partners are also available to support you if you have questions or would like guidance on using your account, administering assessments, or interpreting reports.

Data protection is an important part of using Wiley assessments. Performance Partners acts as the data controller for client contact details used to administer assessments. Wiley acts as the data processor for assessment data within the EPIC and Catalyst platforms. Assessment data is hosted within Wiley’s AWS environment.

As part of the EPIC admin account setup, a data processing agreement is provided. This outlines roles and responsibilities, data security arrangements, retention, and subprocessor information.
