Leadership 360 in Ireland.

Introducing or re-introducing a 360 for feedback and learning can be a really important piece of work.
However, only when it is introduced at the right time, and in the right manner, offering valid feedback to a manager or employee in their work circle. Gaining direct feedback from your colleagues can be a daunting prospect, dependent on the openness, toughness, and emotional intelligence of the person gaining the feedback. Feedback takes many forms, but there is no doubt that the way in which this type of learning is set up, before, during and post feedback, has a big role to play. The experience and style of person(s) facilitating the feedback is equally vital. At Performance Partners, we have two 360 feedback tools, both valid, tries, trusted, tested and highly impactful.

360 Process 1.

Everything DiSC 363:  For those clients of our who have used DiSC in their leader/manager/teams or communications skills training, the Everything DiSC 363 process and tools are a really interesting and valid way to go, to achieve learning and development goals. Using the DiSC Leadership model and various reports, for the leader, raters, and coaching reports, there is a wide variety of easy to use information that the leader will relate to and learn from.

360 Process 2.

Flexibility &Trust Assessment. The Integro Leadership Flexibility & Trust instruments, provided by Ireland Associate Partners, Performance Partners, is equally worth evaluating and applying in your organisation for 360 behavioural changes.
If you want to gain very specific plans of development for a leader, and to also get them to fully understand the issue of building trust in their team, this tool is very useful. Apart from measuring and giving feedback to the leader on specific perceptions of others around their style, there are of course very specific leader behaviours to focus on, to improve their impact, leadership skills, and trust building within their area of influence and with their team.
