Group Culture Workshop
Based on the report, we tailor a personalised workshop around your teams culture. Just as individuals have unique styles, groups also tend to develop their own styles or cultures. Culture has a large impact on the behaviour, attitudes and satisfaction of each team member. People who fit into the culture often feel right at home in the group. But for other people, the culture may lead them to feel like an outsider. Culture also has implications for the group as a whole. It affects such things as the pace at which work gets done, the attention paid to detail or risks the team are comfortable taking. These in turn influence the success of the team in meeting their collective goals.
We look at the predominant DiSC style of your team and what that means for you in terms of advantages and drawbacks, participants embark on an activity to create a team charter and ground rules for the team based on your culture to develop a truly inclusive team and in turn increase productivity and engagement.
