Based on psychology and powered by 40 years of research, each Everything DiSC assessment combines adaptive testing and sophisticated algorithms to deliver precise insights to each participant. Individuals will respond to behavioural statements on a five-point scale to help determine their natural workplace style. The assessment takes 15-20 minutes to complete, it is not a test, there are no right or wrong answers!
The 20 page workplace specific profile provides participants with valuable insights into their DiSC style. They will explore the priorities that drive their behaviour, learn what comes naturally to them and what might be challenging when interacting with others.
