The Everything DiSC Certification course is designed for experienced trainers, consultants and learning and development professionals looking to enhance team development training, leadership development programs and one-to-one coaching. 

Developing a deeper understanding of the DiSC model and how to facilitate and coach using the tool will enable participants to successfully navigate many common organisational dilemmas with confidence, competence, and ease while creating a safe common language for individuals to use when discussing their differences and similarities.

DiSC Certification Ireland 2

The Everything DiSC Certification course spans four weeks that combines live, instructor-led sessions with self-guided learning and weekly assignments. The total time commitment is approximately 22 hours. During the course, participants will:

  • Deepen their understanding of the DiSC model, theory, research, and key principles.
  • Explore how to build custom solutions and deliver impactful DiSC experiences using the new Everything DiSC on Catalyst™ learning experience.
  • Familiarise themselves with the full Everything DiSC application suite.
  • Practice facilitation and coaching techniques while receiving feedback from their peers and educator.


DiSC Certification Ireland 3

Upon successful completion of the course work (all four live sessions must be attended), participants will earn the credential of Everything DiSC Certified Practitioner—signalling proven competence in shaping a high-performing, collaborative culture, knowledgeable in the language of DiSC.

Following the course, participants will continue to have access to their instructor as a resource for an unlimited time, Performance Partners will be on hand to assist and guide you for as long as you facilitate Everything

Everything DiSC Online Certification Course Overview

Everything DiSC Certification takes place over four weeks with a blend of instructor-led live sessions and self-directed learning and assignments.

All four live sessions must be attended to receive certification.

Each week presents a series of activities and assignments. Some of these activities are designed to be completed independently, while others will give you opportunities to share ideas with your classmates through breakout sessions or instructor-led group discussions. The self-directed portions of the training serve as the organising framework for the course content. They are “knowledge builders,” whereas the live sessions allow for practice and application.

Everything DiSC Core focuses on the fundamentals of Everything DiSC, such as the research, the model, styles, shading, and scoring. You will also have a chance to learn about the other solutions in the Everything DiSC family.
Modules 1, 2, and 3 will go deeper into Everything DiSC as it relates to the workplace and will include workshop design, your facilitation style, people reading method, and supplemental reports along with practical applications for implementing DiSC in your organisation.

 The course includes:

  • A week before your first live session you will receive a link to take your Everything DiSC Workplace on Catalyst assessment
  • Further to your own Workplace Profile, you will receive two more profiles,
    one to be used as part of an assignment during the course –
    The other is for you to use at your own DiSC Certification Ireland 4 pace
  • Access to the Everything DiSC suite of profiles and the Catalyst Platform
  • Teach back session with your trainer
  • Full ongoing support from Performance Partners
